About this policy
This policy explains how LANSI, the brand of Anhui LANSHI New Materials Co., Ltd., handles information through lansimat.com and its B2B inquiry process. It covers website inquiries and related technical processing, rather than the separate terms of any purchase or supply agreement.
Information you provide
The inquiry form requires your company name, contact name, business email, country or region, and product category. You may also provide:
- Grade or application, estimated quantity and quantity unit.
- Purchasing program, including OEM or private-label requirements.
- Product specifications and intended use.
- Packaging and private-label requirements.
- Quality and documentation requirements.
- Delivery requirements.
The form asks for permission to use these details to respond to your inquiry. Submission records also include a reference number, receipt time, a record of the permission wording used, and technical information used to prevent duplicate submissions and manage email delivery.
Please provide information you are authorized to share. Do not enter passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information or confidential documents. Reviewing a brief does not submit it; the inquiry details are sent when you choose Submit Inquiry.
Why we use inquiry information
We use the information to understand your business and purchasing requirements, review the proposed product or private-label program, respond to you, and carry out related product, documentation and supply discussions. Contact details allow the LANSI team to follow up on the inquiry.
The system also uses submission references, timestamps and delivery records to process inquiries reliably, prevent repeated submissions and investigate delivery problems. Your permission to receive an inquiry response is not a subscription to a marketing newsletter.
How submissions are stored and delivered
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. Cloudflare Workers processes form submissions, and Cloudflare D1 stores the inquiry record. An email notification containing the submitted fields is sent through Cloudflare to [email protected]. That address currently forwards to a Gmail inbox, so Google also processes and stores the resulting email under its email-service arrangements.
The inquiry is saved before the website confirms receipt. Email delivery is handled separately and may be retried. The website confirmation means that the system has received the inquiry; it does not establish that a team member has already read it.
Sanity manages website content. The current inquiry form does not send inquiry submissions to Sanity or publish them in the website content dataset. Where website content or assets are requested from Sanity services, those services may receive the technical request information needed to deliver them.
Information supplied in follow-up email or messaging is also handled by the communication service you use. Visiting a WhatsApp link opens a separate service governed by its own privacy information.
Security and anti-spam processing
Cloudflare Turnstile is used to help distinguish legitimate inquiries from automated traffic. It processes technical signals such as IP address, browser information and information about the website interaction. The submission backend sends your IP address and verification token to Cloudflare for validation. Cloudflare also describes its use of these signals to improve its bot detection in its Turnstile Privacy Notice.
The inquiry backend uses a short-lived hashed identifier derived from the IP address to limit repeated requests. The inquiry record itself does not store the raw IP address, although Cloudflare may process IP addresses and other technical request information when providing hosting and security services.
The website uses HTTPS, server-side input checks and anti-bot verification. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that transmission, storage or email delivery will always be secure or uninterrupted.
Technical data, analytics and browser storage
The live website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and page performance. It processes usage and performance information such as page views, referring pages, browser and device characteristics, and loading timings. Cloudflare describes this service as not using cookies or local storage to collect usage metrics. See Cloudflare's explanation of analytics data collection.
The current website does not include Google Analytics, advertising pixels or a visitor-account login. The inquiry form does not intentionally save the brief in local storage or session storage. Cloudflare processes technical signals for delivery and security; its cookie and security behavior can depend on the request and protection applied. The current Turnstile widget does not enable pre-clearance cookies.
Your browser may cache website files. Browser controls can restrict scripts, cookies or storage, but blocking required security scripts can prevent inquiry submission. These technical processes are separate from the purchasing information you submit.
Retention
Inquiry information may remain in the inquiry database and email records for follow-up, related business correspondence, and handling relevant legal or operational obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and circumstances of the record. The current inquiry system does not automatically delete inquiry records after a fixed period.
Short-lived request-limit records expire separately from inquiries. Hosting, email and other service-provider records may have separate retention and backup practices. Contact us if you would like us to review or delete information relating to your inquiry.
International access and processing
This website serves international B2B visitors. LANSI and the service providers supporting hosting, security, content delivery and email may process information in countries other than the one from which you access the website. Processing locations depend on the services and account arrangements involved; this policy does not promise storage exclusively in a particular country.
Further provider information is available in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy, Sanity Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.
Your privacy questions and requests
Contact [email protected] to ask about your information, request access or correction, request deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you about an inquiry. Depending on the laws applicable to you, other privacy rights may also apply. We may need information to verify that a request relates to you and locate the relevant records. Include your inquiry reference if available, but do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
Requests are considered in light of applicable requirements and any information that must be retained for a legitimate obligation. You may also have the right to raise a concern with a relevant data-protection authority.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when website functions or processing practices change. The date above identifies the latest update.
